Agnes Stalmach is fluent in English, Spanish, Polish, German and Russian. Her academic credentials include a Master’s degree in political science, and international relations. Agnes holds a CRS designation and specializes in residential, investment, income, and commercial properties. She caters to an international clientele and has extensive knowledge of foreign and domestic market conditions. She is a member of the Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, and the Hollywood Jaycees. Agnes continues to be a consistent multi-million dollar producer and has a 100% Club member 2003-2007. Agnes is a Founding Partner of RE/MAX Executive Realty and the Bithell-Stalmach Team. She is also a resident and homeowner of Emerald Hills.
I am a native Chicagoan who moved to Sunny South Florida in 1990. This is where I live, work and play and I am committed to making my community an even better place to be!Since moving to FL I have married and had two children, a son and a daughter, and adopted two boxers, Buster and Tyson, both rescues.I worked as an administrative assistant in real estate prior to getting my license in March of 1998. I have practiced real estate full time since then.In 2001 I moved from a boutique company and joined RE/MAX to be able to better serve my clients.As a former foster parent I have always been very active in the community and work with many local and national charities primarily in the areas of women and children.Additionally, I teach at a HUD Approved Home Buyer Course every month in both Dade & Broward Counties which allows me to get out some great information about foreclosures & free government monies. I also continue to work in multiple cities holding foreclosure prevention workshops. Recently I became a CDPE so I would better understand how to help people in distress. I was recently asked to write a weekly column in a national enewsletter and a quarterly column in a local publication, I look forward to getting accurate information in the hands of consumers.There are tremendous opportunities for first time buyers, move up buyers, and investor's today. Alex Bruno is a full time licensed Realtor specializing in residential sales and buyer’s agency. Having owned and operated a Miami Beach retail business for over 10 years, he has extensive customer service and client relations experience, and is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Alex serves as the President of the 20-unit Princeton Condominium Association, and is also experienced with residential rental property. An artist by hobby, his home décor talent was featured in a front page article of the Miami Herald Home Design section, as well as on HGTV. A homeowner and resident of Hollywood Lakes, Alex is active in the community, serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Hollywood Historical Society, chairman of the society’s 2006 Home Tour, chairman of the 2007 Home Tour, and a member of the Hollywood Lakes Section Civic Association.
Veronica Aguilar is a full time employee as a Transaction Coordinator. She handles all aspects of the transactions from the time a Contract is executed to Closing. She has fifteen years of experience in customer service, working for the North Broward Hospital District as a customer account care provider and is also experienced in sales. Veronica is fluent in Spanish and provides the best level of customer service to our clients by making sure the transaction goes as smoothly as possible.
