I’VE GOT A SECRET IN SOUTH FLORIDA!
I love updating my Hollywood, Florida home for the different seasons, but I have two challenges: I am not that creative and I don’t really have the time. A couple of years ago I met Lolly Barnard, Interior Design Consultant and ASID Allied Member. It was then that my home started looking great at every change of season and my friends must think I was suddenly struck with previously undiscovered creativity. Of course, that was not the case; plain and simple, Lolly just makes me… well my house… look good! The first time Lolly came in she assessed what I had and then went shopping for me for the additional pieces that I needed. She gave the options of:

a. Going shopping for me
b. Going shopping with me

Since time is one of my problems, shopping for me seemed the better option and it remains that way! Every season she updates me on the current trends and we update a few pieces with newer styles and retire pieces that have seen better days or are out of date. I love it when she comes over. I have my husband haul out all of the boxes for that season and I sit back while Lolly works her magic. Today she came over and changed my throw pillows, candles, runners and chenille throws as well as the table setting, decorative items and silk plants.  She put away all of the summer things including the shells, anything pastel colored, glass beads and summer table setting. Now, though when you step outside it still feels like summer in South Florida; when you step inside you are greeted with shades of autumn - we have pumpkin and apple decorations and colors of rust, orange, burgundy and moss green. Lolly also decorates homes from Miami to Fort Lauderdale for all of the holidays! This year Lolly will be working with The Christmas Palace in Miami helping clients to choose their decorations with the option of engaging her services to decorate their trees and/or their homes for the holidays!  So, if you want the look without the work, I would encourage you to call Lolly Barnard: 954-966-8077 (work).
