RE/MAX BALLOON LAUNCHED AT HOLLYWOOD HOT AIR BALLOON EVENT
The Bithell-Stalmach Team of RE/MAX Executive Realty hosted the signature RE/MAX Hot Air Balloon with its globally-recognized red, white and blue colors at the Hollywood Beach Balloon Festival, Jan. 2-4. Spirits were soaring at the colorful spectacle along a one-mile stretch of the oceanfront Broadwalk, where a half-dozen hot air balloons were tethered.
The Hollywood Beach Balloon Festival, featured tethered hot air balloon rides, drew thousands of attendees over the New Year’s holiday weekend. “Baloonatics” of all ages delighted at the sight of the nightly balloon illumination at 7 p.m. Other festivities included live music throughout the weekend, a variety of food vendors, and dozens of artist, craft and commercial booths. The festival entertainment lineup featured Bill “The Sauce Boss” Wharton, New Orleans favorite Rockin’ Jake, and Nashville’s own Jason Ricci & New Blood, as well as popular Tampa band Blue Dice and many more bands throughout the weekend. Event-goers could also get a free trolley ride to the beach, via the Hollywood HOT Express trolley, to avoid parking.
The event was free and tickets for a tethered balloon ride in the RE/MAX Hot Air Balloon were only $20, with 50 percent of the proceeds benefiting Children’s Miracle Network
Balloon rides were available from noon to 11 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, weather permitting.
