Full Service Property Management: We do it all for you for only 10% of the rents collected (minimum $50 per month per unit). Relax and enjoy your other life activities without wondering what the next phone call from you tenant will bring. In most cases, we have found that our fees are more than offset by our ability to bring higher rents, less delinquency, and faster turn around of vacating units. All repair costs are passed to the owner.
