Hallandale Beach, Florida Real Estate and Information

Considering the incredible, sunny climate of South Florida, it’s no surprise that golf is the chosen means of exercise and outdoor enjoyment for many residents of Hallandale Beach. Of course, you needn’t be a golfer in order to enjoy a spectacular, seaside venue like this; there’s plenty to do for anyone. Or, if taking a rest from too much “doing” is what you’re after, Hallandale Beach is a perfect fit, too.

The city is located within Broward County, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, and has a population of around 37,000. It is named after Luther Halland, who worked for Henry Flagler’s Florida East Coast Railroad. Earlier in its existence the city was an important trading post and was incorporated in 1927. Today, with its lively beach community, Hallandale Beach features desirable and diverse real estate. Hallandale Beach is known for its beaches, casinos and cultural attractions, but it also beckons with beautiful beachside condos priced from modest to upscale and everything in between.
